Cementos Avellaneda request CGB proposal.
On Feb 9th, we received Email from Mr.Louis Montilla of Cementos Avellaneda saying that our article published in Dece issue of International Cement Review introducing how our CGB technology helped cement plant ball mill save energy aroused their interest.
We feel honored as Cementos Avellaneda is one of the biggest cement players in Argentina.According to latest news report they are expanding their San Luis cement plant in La Calera with new 2000 tpd clinker line. We expect our CGB technology can help them improve their competitiveness in Argentina cement market.
It took 1 month close technical communication, thanks to the powerful support of Mr.Louis Montilla, we concluded that our CGB technology can help their BM No.1 save mini.5kwh/t.
Although this ɸ3.85*12.24m 2-chamber ball mill isn’t equipped with roller press as pregrinder, the clinker processed are suitable to our CGB technology.According to Cementos Avellaneda, they don’t want to change their central diaphragm to our patent one. After repeated study and sophisticated analysis on their granulometry test result, we decide it’s worth of doing.
In line with our calculation, the introduction of our CGB technology will bring about 3,135,000 kw power saving in Mill No.1 annually. This will sharpen their competitive edge in the cement market.
On request, we have submitted the tech-commerical proposal to Mr.Louis Montilla. It’s expected that our CGB technology make a new breakthrough in South America cement industry with its remarkable power saving performance!
