Bestway Kallar Kahar request CGB proposal.
After our two successful cases of CGB project in Bestway Cement Ltd’s Chakwal in 2018 and 2019, which helped their cement ball mill No. 2 and No. 3 achieved power saving of 3.16KWH/T and 3.31KWH/T according to Chakwal’s latest data. In February, we received email from Bestway Kallar Kahar saying that they would like very much to have our Technical Proposal regarding their cement ball mill.
We feel honored as Bestway Cement Ltd. is one of the biggest cement players in Pakistan, and also because it shows customer’s great trust in our CGB technology after they learn our success in their Chakwal unit. We expect our CGB technology can help them further improve their competitiveness in Pakistan cement market.
It took 1 month close technical communication,thanks to the great effort of our Pakistan partner Mr.Arslan Rashid, we concluded that our CGB technology can help their BM save mini. 2.5kwh/t even though the ball mill isn’t equipped with roller press.
Although this ɸ5.4*14m 2-chamber ball mill isn’t equipped with roller press as pregrinder, the clinker processed are suitable to our CGB technology after our repeated study and sophisticated analysis on their granulometry test result . And Bestway Kallar Kahar shows great interest in our Technical Proposal because they would be the first one in the world for CGB Technology success without any pregrinder.
In line with our calculation, the introduction of our CGB technology will bring about 3,000,000 kw power saving in their BM annually.This will sharpen their competitive edge in the cement market.
On request, we have submitted the tech-commerical proposal to Mr.Arslan Rashid. It’s expected that our CGB technology make another new breakthrough in Pakistan cement industry with its remarkable power saving performance! As well as our first successful case in the world for ball mill without pregrinder.
